Position: Maintenance Technician at Pier 4 Properties
Join Pier 4 in Peterborough as a skilled Maintenance Technician. We seek a professional dedicated to delivering top-notch property maintenance services and ensuring resident comfort.

As an integral member of the team, the Maintenance Technician will report to the Property Manager and be responsible for a range of maintenance activities.

Your role involves repairing units, completing daily tasks, and being available for on-call emergencies, helping us maintain our reputation for property excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own tools and perform maintenance tasks

• Complete service requests and repairs promptly

• Renovate vacant and occupied units

• Conduct minor repairs in plumbing and electrical systems

• Engage in emergency operation and safety procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with 5+ years experience

• Skills in plumbing, electricity, and carpentry

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Clean and valid Ontario G driver’s license

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
