As a Technician I, you will play an essential role in delivering outstanding service al candidates will possess expertise in troubleshooting, customer service, and programming for various two-way radio systems. This role may include regional travel and requires a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create basic programming codeplugs for wireless systems
• Conduct mobile installations including radios and antennas
• Troubleshoot and repair two-way radios and equipment
• Ensure quality service operations at customer locations
• Participate in on-call shifts and regional travel
Requirements:
• 3+ years in service technician role for wireless systems
• Proficiency in RF systems and two-way radio theory
• Valid driver's license necessary
• Basic electronics background needed
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and electronics equipment
