Manage landscaping initiatives at Horlings Garden Centre as a Foreman. Your expertise will ensure precise project execution and effective crew oversight.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Landscape Foreman/woman dedicated to overseeing installations of landscape and hardscape projects. You will supervise a crew, ensure safety protocols are followed, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. Collaboration with the Landscape Manager will be vital to finalizing project details.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use
• Supervise crew to uphold high standards
• Communicate project progress clearly throughout the day
• Manage on-site job safety and cleanliness
• Troubleshoot challenges as they arise
Requirements:
• Knowledge of hardscape/softscape and construction practices
• Familiarity with plant species and care
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Good time management skills
• Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
