The Resident Service Coordinator plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, well‑organized, and supportive experience for River Mead residents and their families. As a resident‑facing liaison, this position helps address day‑to‑day requests, supports smooth move‑ins, and ensures residents feel heard and cared for. The Coordinator also keeps front desk operations running smoothly, maintains accurate resident records, and serves as the Super User for key technology systems used across Resident Services.
What You'll DoBe a friendly, dependable point of contact for residents and families, responding to daily requests and escalating concerns to the appropriate team members when needed.
Support resident move‑ins by helping welcome new residents and ensuring a positive arrival experience.
Maintain accurate resident information across all systems, including face sheets, vehicle registrations, pet records, and other essential data.
Serve as the Super User for front desk and operational systems (GoIcon, Worx Hub, Matrix Care, SARA, and Door King), providing training, coaching, and ongoing support to receptionists and drivers as applicable.
Keep front desk procedures, workflows, and technology protocols current, well‑documented, and clearly communicated.
Manage receptionist schedules and provide front desk coverage as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Assist the Assistant Director with coordinating out‑of‑town medical transportation and related billing, supporting accurate tracking and communication.
Support the Director and Assistant Director of Resident Services with projects and process improvements.
Perform other duties that support River Mead's Mission and Values.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience required; three (3) or more years preferred
Comfortable working with multiple software systems and maintaining accurate records
Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet navigation, and common office software, with the ability to learn new systems
Strong, respectful communication skills with residents, families, staff, and community partners
Experience in senior living, healthcare, or residential settings preferred
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
Must be at least 18 years of age, in accordance with federal and New Hampshire employment laws
