• Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Demonstrated experience working with students with mild to severe disabilities
• Background supporting students exhibiting a wide range of behavioral needs
• Preference for candidates with experience in Emotional Disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional techniques to meet individual student IEPs

• Design and implement individualized instructional plans accommodating specific disabilities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Monitor student progress and document achievement, adapting approaches as needed
• Address a range of behavioral and emotional needs within the classroom setting
• Maintain compliance with all IDEA and district policies
