Supervisor, Divisional Technical Training

Minebea Mitsumi Companies seeks a Supervisor, Divisional Technical Training to lead end-to-end training for our software and IT teams. You will assess divisional skill gaps, design technical curricula, and deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions that support adoption of our innovative solutions. Partnering with engineering, product, and operations, you will translate complex concepts into clear, practical courses. You will manage training schedules, oversee LMS content, track effectiveness with data, and coach trainers, supporting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess divisional technical training needs and skill gaps across software and IT teams.
• Design and maintain technical training curricula, learning paths, and course materials.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual technical training sessions for internal staff.
• Manage and optimize LMS content, training schedules, and enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to align training with technology roadmaps.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Measure training effectiveness using data and feedback, and report outcomes to leadership.
• Supervise or mentor trainers and subject-matter experts contributing to training programs.
• Ensure training standards, documentation, and best practices are consistently applied.
• Support a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional development.
