Responsibilities- Designing for manufacturability and partnering with stakeholders to create solutions
- Developing and improving production processes and tooling for bearing assemblies
- Producing and releasing detailed manufacturing plans and work instructions from 2D and 3D sources
- Managing task execution and programme timelines to ensure on time delivery
- Leading capital equipment acquisition activities including specification and installation
- Strong technical and computer skills including AutoCAD, Solid Works and MS Office
- Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings with strong tolerancing knowledge
- Experience completing capital justification and ROI analysis
- Excellent problem-solving ability and strong communication skills
- High attention to detail supported by experience in manufacturing engineering
