As the Principal Engineer your responsibilities will include:
• Leading large scale engineering projects and providing expert technical guidance
• Assessing system interdependencies to determine the best course of action
• Mentoring individuals and supporting managers with technical development across the engineering group
• Increasing group productivity by sharing broad technical knowledge and sound business judgement
• Driving research and development activities and completing complex cost analysis
As the Principal Engineer you will bring:
• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
• Excellent problem-solving ability supported by strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with the ability to partner at all levels
• Extensive knowledge of bearing design and engineering principles
• Strong computer skills including AutoCAD, Solid Works and MS Office
