Overview

River Mead is currently looking for a Full-Time Health Center Coordinator to join our Assisted Living team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and staff while providing essential administrative and operational support to the Health Center.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Assisted Living residents, families, and visitors
  • Assist Independent Living residents with Assisted Living profile management and post updates through the resident community app
  • Send regular Health Center communications to residents and families
  • Enter and manage work orders, room bookings, charges, and reports in internal systems
  • Process mail and route financial information to the designated power of attorney (DPOA)
  • Manage resident trust accounts, census reports, and transportation scheduling
  • Maintain medical records, compliance documentation, and fire drill reports
  • Manage medical, nursing, PPE, and office supply inventory
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in healthcare administration, senior living, or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with office technology and electronic record systems
  • Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented
