Position: Temp - PT - Outpatient (Days) Peterborough NH
This facility will not consider any "local" traveler - who resides within 50 miles of facility
This need is located at Jaffrey Physical Therapy Clinic.

• Provides patient/resident therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients
• Outpatient setting with ortho, neuro, and general medical patient caseload.
• This position will cover shifts in outpatient Physical Therapy.

EMR: Mc Kesson
Patient ratios can vary but typically 12-15 patients per shift.
Patient population: Adolescent-Geriatric

Non-billable orientation: 8hrs
OT, Holiday multipliers: 1.25%

Requirement description :

• Minimum 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required - NO NEW GRADS
• Outpatient experience - Required
• Inpatient experience - Preferred

Profile Requirements:

• Cover page, if applicable (not required)
• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past two years of employment
• License/Certifications (NH license (or compact), BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH License preferred, Compact state will also be considered
Weekend Requirements :
Occasional weekend for Inpatient coverage/Holiday coverage required if needed
