Network Technician

River Mead is seeking a dedicated, skilled individual to join its team as a Network Technician. This position will involve supporting daily technology operations, providing IT support, troubleshooting network and device issues, and offering technical assistance to residents. • Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and residents, troubleshooting devices, software, and connectivity
• Support and maintain wired and wireless networks, systems, and basic security controls
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, documentation, and ticketing
• Deliver patient, in-unit technology support to residents, including billable services
• Track time and services accurately for billing and reporting
• Collaborate on escalated issues, projects, and technology deployments

• Associate degree or higher preferred
• 1+ year related experience (3+ preferred)
• Proficient with Windows/macOS; basic networking (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi)
• Experience with hardware, printers, and peripherals
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory familiarity preferred
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently and manage multiple requests
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or residential settings preferred
