OnAny Given Day You Will
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and residents, troubleshooting devices, software, and connectivity
- Support and maintain wired and wireless networks, systems, and basic security controls
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, documentation, and ticketing
- Deliver patient, in-unit technology support to residents, including billable services
- Track time and services accurately for billing and reporting
- Collaborate on escalated issues, projects, and technology deployments
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- 1+ year related experience (3+ preferred)
- Proficient with Windows/macOS; basic networking (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi)
- Experience with hardware, printers, and peripherals
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory familiarity preferred
- Strong communication skills; able to work independently and manage multiple requests
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or residential settings preferred
