Are you a hands-on CNC Programmer/Machinist who enjoys turning complex blueprints into precision parts? Join a skilled manufacturing team where your work directly impacts quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Location: Wilton, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Pay: $27-28/hr

Type: Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines for high-precision parts.
  • Review prints and optimize setups and cycle times.
  • Perform deburring, secondary operations, and inspections (including under a microscope).
  • Maintain tooling, consumables, and shop equipment.
  • Monitor machine performance and suggest process improvements.
  • Work independently while supporting a small, skilled team.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years CNC Programmer/Machinist experience (7+ years in a machine shop preferred).
  • Strong hands-on CNC machining and programming skills.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading, inspection, and metrology.
  • Comfortable with small, precise components.
  • Computer-savvy; CAD/CAM experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
