From your first week, you’ll shadow seasoned machinists, help set up equipment, and learn how technical drawings become real, high‑quality components. You’ll keep work areas organized, practice safe habits, and take part in structured training designed to turn curiosity into capability.

What you’ll practice from week one Assist with setting up and running a range of machining equipment.
