Lance Soft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Gastroenterology for a local contract nursing job in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

• Patient Care:
  Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborative Teamwork:
  Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients  conditions, treatments, and progress. Report any changes or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.

  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
