Home Care Assignment
Peterborough, NH
We offer one‑on‑one care for a 6‑month‑old girl with a neuromuscular disorder. The patient is gtube dependent for nutrition.
Pay Rate: $40.00/HR
Hours:
Monday-Fridays 9:00AM-5:00PM
Nights and weekends available
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
- Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
- Locally Owned and Operated

- Flexible Assignment to Meet Your Needs
- No Weekend or Holiday Requirement
- Employee Referral Program
- Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
- One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim Health Care)
- Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.
