- Perform clinical support procedures such as blood draws, injections, immunizations, and lab tests within scope of LVN/LPN certification
- Assist in patient examinations and vital sign collection
- Maintain and stock treatment areas
- Communicate with patients, providing instructions per physician guidance
- Help with documentation, referrals, and medical record updates
- Support patient movement and preparation for procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure efficient patient care delivery
- Adhere to confidentiality and professional standards at all times
- Valid NH LVN or LPN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong patient-care skills, professionalism, and ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Compassionate attitude and excellent teamwork skills
