What You'll Do
- Provide direct pediatric nursing care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with hospital policies and protocols
- Educate patients and families on disease management and health promotion strategies
- Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress
- Support the emotional and physical needs of pediatric patients and their families
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and hospital policies
- Stay updated on current pediatric care standards through ongoing professional development
What You Need
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
- Prior pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong patient advocacy and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
