Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem

• Hourly rates are based on base pay + 2nd shift differential

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff

New or soon‑to‑be licensed LNAs are encouraged to apply.

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire
• Completion of a state‑approved nursing assistant training program
• CPR certification required
• Long‑term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team
