Administrative Clinical Supervisor - Per Diem Nights

Location: MCH, 452 Old Street Rd, Peterborough, NH 03458, USA.

Job Type: Part‑time, per diem nights.

• Assume clinical leadership, administrative support, and coordination of patient care services in the absence of Administration and Department Directors.
• Provide direct nursing and administrative support for all clinical units to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Partner with clinical leadership, physicians, and unit staff to ensure standards of nursing practice and performance are met.
• Promote staff accountability to departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and competencies.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Ability to deal effectively with people and to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the work of others.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in the area of nursing practice and managerial competence.

• Master's degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of progressive nursing management experience.
