What You'll Do

• Perform blood draws, injections, child immunizations, and lab tests within scope of certification
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and prepare patients for appointments
• Manage patient communications including phone calls and instructions
• Support documentation and record-keeping of referrals, labs, and patient charts
• Assist with patient transport and prep for procedures
• Collaborate as part of an integrated healthcare team to provide quality patient support
• Follow all safety and confidentiality protocols

What You Need

• Valid LPN license or CMA certification
• Prior clinical support experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and compassion
• Discretion and confidentiality awareness
