LVN/LPN Outpatient Clinic Position
Seeking a qualified LVN or LPN to support outpatient clinic operations, providing clinical support and patient care under supervision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and clinical proficiency to ensure high-quality patient services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical procedures such as blood draws, injections, immunizations, and lab tests within scope of certification.
- Assist physicians during examinations by taking vital signs and preparing patients and exam rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in exam and procedure rooms.
- Manage patient communications, including returning calls and providing instructions as directed by physicians.
- Document patient information, referrals, and lab results accurately in medical records.
- Support other clinic operations and nursing procedures as directed, working collaboratively with team members.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Medical Assistant certification or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant formal training.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
- Maintain current BLS certification (AHA).
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a caring and professional demeanor.
- Be flexible and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
