What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient conditions, treatments, and progress accurately and promptly
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and protocols
- Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
- Support patients emotionally, advocating for respectful, compassionate care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing professional development
What You Need
- Licensed Registered Nurse in New Hampshire
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
- Preferred:
Prior experience in internal medicine or outpatient clinics - Strong communication and teamwork skills
