Educational requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field preferred; 1-3 years’experience in inside sales, customer service, or manufacturing support;
Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments preferred;
Basic ability to read technical drawings and specifications (training provided);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Medical plastics experience and ERP system experience a plus;
Strong math and communication skills and willingness to learn technical concepts.
Sales Manager
Primary job responsibility:The Inside Sales Representative supports Sales by assisting with quotations, order coordination, customer communication, and general organization efforts. This role focuses on building technical knowledge of medical plastic extrusion products and processes while developing strong customer service and sales support skills. The Inside Sales Representative may work interdepartmentally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service under guidance from senior team members.
