Five are proud to be working with a home from home childcare setting based in Croydon, who are in search of a motivated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner. The successful applicant will work alongside an experienced team to encourage learning through play with natural resources in a calm, fun, and stimulating environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)
• Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding practices
• At least two years' experience in an early years setting, including direct work in a baby room
• In-depth understanding of the EYFS framework and principles of child development
• Experience providing team support or demonstrating potential for leadership is advantageous, though not essential
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and dedication to the well-being of young children
• Positive, nurturing, and highly professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Dependability, adaptability, and strong time management skills
• Willingness to embrace feedback and actively pursue opportunities for leadership development
