Peterborough Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum

Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join a nurturing and well-established team providing outstanding care for children and young people. As a Team Leader , youll act as a role model and mentor to the team, ensuring that each child receives high-quality, consistent care in line with Ofsted standards.

Youll lead shifts, support your colleagues, and contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where children can truly thrive. If successful, youll be working with a friendly and supportive team in a Good Ofsted-rated home . Requirements Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting (Ofsted-regulated experience essential) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Strong understanding of safeguarding and child-centred practice Confident leading shifts and mentoring others Resilient, empathetic, and committed to achieving positive outcomes
