As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Assist with planned activities and play-based learning
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and physical development
- Work collaboratively with nursery staff and parents
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times
- Level 3 Childcare or Early Years Qualification (preferred for many placements)
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
- Paediatric First Aid qualifica
