Mobile Vehicle Technician - Peterborough

Location:

You will have a geographical area based from where you live so this isn’t crucial. This position is covering the Peterborough area.

Salary: £35,000 basic, with overtime; yearly earnings can be as high as £55,000.

Hours:

Varying shift patterns Monday to Sunday, 40 hours. Earliest start time of 6am, latest finish time of 12am. Lots of overtime available paid at time and a half.

This Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician is working for one of the UKs leading vehicle breakdown companies who provide a first-class service to thousands of customers. • Working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns and diagnose issues.
• Work on vehicles to ideally get them back on the road; otherwise arrange for the vehicle to be taken back to the workshop.
• Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues.
• Vehicle servicing and general maintenance including electrical and diagnostic work.
• Represent the company with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

• Ideally Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician;
  Level 2 or time served candidates will be discussed for options.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong all-round technical experience including maintenance, electrical and diagnostic work.
