Full Time – 40 hours per week (annualised). Includes weekend, evening and bank holiday work.

Salary & Bonus
: £44,900 per year plus a guaranteed £1,500 bonus in the first year.

As a Gas Repair Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair of gas appliances and central heating systems in our customers’ homes, delivering industry‑leading service and helping us enhance our reputation while driving customer growth.

• CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 certificates (provide copies if successful)
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proactive, “can‑do” attitude
• Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills

• Week 1 – Attend Home Serve Head Office in Walsall (Monday‑Friday). Cover Home Serve overview, health & safety, receive tools and equipment.
• Week 2 – Buddied up with an experienced Gas Repair Engineer.
• Where appropriate – accommodation and meal allowance during induction.
