Plumbing and Maintenance Service Engineer

About the Role

Culligan Harvey Water Softeners are looking for a Service Engineer to join our growing team.

You will be supporting the business by attending service calls in customer homes and dealer premises, performing field‑based assessments, and conveying any technical concerns back to the service manager.

We are looking for a qualified or time‑served domestic plumber who has excellent customer service skills and is technically minded, seeking a new challenging role.

Attend service calls in customer homes and dealer premises.

Perform field‑based assessments and convey technical concerns to the service manager.

Repair and service water softeners using intensive training provided by our academy.

• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and heating (or equivalent).
• Previous plumbing knowledge and experience of replacing white goods.
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable approach to work, able to work solo or as part of a team.

Salary based on OTE.
