Fabric Engineer

Permanent | Monday-Friday | Day Shift We are seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a professional estates and facilities team in Peterborough. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable Monday-Friday day-shift pattern within a large, well-established healthcare environment.

Role Overview As a Fabric Engineer, you will carry out a wide range of building fabric maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains safe, compliant, and fully operational. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary estates team, delivering both planned and reactive works to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Building fabric maintenance including doors, locks, flooring, tiling, and fixtures Reactive repairs across the estate as issues arise Basic plumbing tasks such as unblocking drains and repairing leaks Minor carpentry and general handyperson duties Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations Supporting the wider estates team to maintain a safe, functional environment Salary & Benefits £35,000 per annum Monday-Friday day shift (no nights or weekends) Long-term stability within a respected organisation What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
