Maintenance Fitter (Mechanical)
Location:
Peterborough
Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 base + OTE £42,000. Benefits include 28 days holiday, optional overtime, ongoing tailored training and rapid progression to managerial roles within a year.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance, servicing, testing and mechanical repairs of plant equipment, conveyors, pumps and mixers.
- Support the wider engineering team with breakdown responses.
- Work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, flexible shifts, 40 hours per week with optional overtime.
- Participate in tailored training of all maintenance activities.
- Workshop qualified Maintenance Fitter with a mechanical background.
- Competitive salary.
- Gradual progression to managerial roles within 12 months.
