, Multi Skilled Joiner, Carpenter, Multi Trade Operative, or Property Maintenance Operative within social housing or responsive maintenance.

• Carrying out day‑to‑day responsive repairs within occupied social housing properties
• Completing first and second‑fix joinery repairs, including doors, frames, skirting boards, kitchen units, and locks
• Undertaking basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating works where required
• Diagnosing repair issues and completing works to a high standard on the first visit where possible
• Delivering a professional and customer‑focused service to tenants
• Working safely and efficiently across properties in Newark

• Previous experience working within social housing or responsive property maintenance
• Strong joinery skills with experience completing domestic repair works
• Additional trade skills in basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, or decorating
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload

• £20 per hour throughout the temporary period
• Company van and fuel card provided from day one
• Weekly pay while temporary
• Temp‑to‑perm opportunity
• Permanent salary of £30,000 per year upon successful completion of the temporary period
