As a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs while ensuring all work is completed to the highest manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities include:- - Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work efficiently
- - Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults across a range of vehicles
- - Completing repairs and assembly operations to manufacturer standards
- - Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and safety guidelines
- - Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required
- - Accurately completing workshop documentation and job cards
- - Providing excellent technical support and customer service
- - Working collaboratively to maintain workshop productivity and efficiency
- - NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair is essential
- - Minimum 4 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Diagnostic Technician
- - 2 Years Experience with in a main dealership, independent garage or fast-fit centre considered
- - Strong servicing, maintenance and diagnostic skills
- - MOT Licence desirable but not essential
- - Must own your own tools and toolbox
- - Full UK Manual Driving Licence required (subject to licence checks)
- - Right to work in the UK is essential - sponsorship is not available
- - A positive team player with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
