• Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum, with uncapped OTE of up to £60,000

• Perform vehicle repairs and routine servicing efficiently and accurately
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections in compliance with safety standards
• Diagnose vehicle faults and identify effective solutions
• Complete all necessary paperwork ensuring quality standards are met
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to health and safety policies

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
• Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and diagnostic procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• A valid UK driving licence is essential; a current MOT licence is desirable but not compulsory
