Up to £45,000 + £2,000 AP (LV) Allowance

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a mobile commercial maintenance role covering Cambridgeshire and East Anglia.
Key Responsibilities- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Fault finding, repairs, testing and minor installations.
- Basic plumbing, doors, flooring, ceilings and fabric repairs.
- Minor mechanical and HVAC maintenance.
- Complete maintenance records and reports.
- Liaise with contractors and clients.
- Experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a commercial environment.
- 18th Edition.
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
- ECS / JIB Gold Card.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience.
- Willingness to train towards AP – LV.
- Up to £45,000
- £2,000 AP allowance
- Company van
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- Permanent role
- No standard weekend working
