The Role We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The role involves working across a range of commercial, industrial and educational sites, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance alongside small works.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance Fault-find and repair electrical systems Complete minor installations, upgrades, rewires and refurbishment works Carry out testing and inspection of electrical installations Complete job sheets, reports and RAMS Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts Price and quote small works where required Ensure all work meets BS7671, CDM and health & safety requirements Work independently across multiple client sites What We're Looking For Recognised electrical qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations essential Testing & Inspection qualification such as 2391 desirable Previous commercial, industrial or facilities maintenance experience Strong electrical fault-finding skills Full UK driving licence Good communication and customer-facing skills Comfortable managing your own workload Package Up to £43,860 / £21.00 per hour Company van, phone and tablet Tools or tool allowance 22 days holiday  8 bank holidays Christmas shutdown 3% employer pension contribution Ongoing training and career development Stable, long-term maintenance contracts
