Join a well-established social housing contractor on a Temporary contract working across Peterborough. This Carpenter Multi Trade role offers consistent work, secure employment and the opportunity to work as part of a dedicated repairs team across occupied homes and void properties.
You’ll be working for an established social housing contractor in the Peterborough area, known for providing consistent workloads and long-term opportunities. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Carpenter Multi Trade.
As a Carpenter Multi Trade you will be:- Carrying out carpentry and joinery repairs
- Completing 2nd fix carpentry
- Carrying out minor multi-trade repairs
- Working across occupied and void properties
- Completing work to a high standard
- Experience as a Carpenter or Joiner
- Previous multi-trade repair experience
- Experience working within social housing
- A full UK driving licence
- The ability to commute to and from properties reliably
- Overtime opportunities
- Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours
- Permanent, secure employment
- Consistent workload within a dedicated area
- Company van and fuel card provided for work travel
- pay £180-£200 per day.
