Air Conditioning Engineer
Location:
Within 2 hours of Peterborough
Salary: £40,000 to £47,000
AC & Refrigeration Engineer required for our client, an established engineering and facilities services company with a strong presence across the industrial and commercial sectors. The company has a long-standing history and provides electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refurbishment, and facilities management services to a range of major commercial and industrial clients.
The AC Engineer will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, servicing and fault-finding across a range of industrial air conditioning systems in factories / manufacturing sites. It would be advantageous for the air conditioning engineer to have some install experience, however this is not essential. The role will predominantly cover sites in and around Peterborough, typically within a 2 hour radius.
The successful engineer will work on VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and associated HVAC equipment.
AC & Refrigeration Engineer
Position Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning or equivalent
F-Gas cat 1 qualifications
Experience working on VRV / VRF systems, AHUs etc.
Previous experience carrying out installation, maintenance and fault-finding
Full UK Driving Licence
Based within commutable distance of Peterborough
AC & Refrigeration Engineer Position Remuneration
Basic Salary £40,000 - £47,000 depending on experience
Travel paid after 30mins E/W
Overtime available
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
No on-call requirement
