We are a long-established, family-run windscreen company based in Bedford, continuing to expand due to a rapidly growing client base across the South East. As part of our ongoing growth, we are now looking for skilled and motivated Windscreen Technicians / Windscreen Fitters to join our friendly team.

As a Windscreen Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, replacement, and installation of automotive glass on a wide range of vehicles. You will work primarily from our Bedford Hub, with some mobile work across the South East region as required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in windscreen repair or fitting, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering first-class service.

• Carry out windscreen repairs, replacements, and installations to industry standards.
• Diagnose damage and determine the most appropriate repair method.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair processes clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and update service records as required.
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely, keeping work spaces clean and organized.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily schedules and deadlines.
• Conduct mobile work where necessary, representing the company on-site with professionalism.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.

• Previous experience as a windscreen technician, windscreen fitter, or similar automotive glass role.
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Experience with ADAS recalibration (not essential – training can be provided).
• Certification in automotive glazing or equivalent industry training.
• Ability to work independently on mobile call-outs.
