Food and Beverage Duty Manager | Live in accommodation available | Aberdeenshire

An exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join a leading hospitality venue.

This role would suit an established F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Hotel Duty Manager, Food & Beverage Supervisor or Hospitality Manager with strong experience in restaurant operations, bar service, front-of-house management and guest services.

You’ll lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team, oversee daily F&B operations, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure every guest receives a memorable experience. Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Duty Manager

As our Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, expertly managing and supervising our dynamic F&B team.

Your role will involve:

* Mentoring and training new team members

* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

* Maintaining high health and safety standards

* Liaising effectively across departments to ensure seamless service

* Supporting consistently high operational and service standards

* Helping enhance the overall guest experience

* Ensuring exceptional levels of guest satisfaction

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are seeking a proactive and inspiring individual with a proven background in 4 or 5-star hotel environments. You will bring:

* Extensive Food & Beverage experience within the hospitality sector

* Strong track record of longevity and career progression

* Proven experience managing and leading successful teams

* Excellent communication skills
