- Day Shift Rate: £19.55 per hour
- Afternoon Shift Rate: £23.46 per hour
- Night Shift Rate: £26.39 per hour
- Overtime 1.5 Rate (Mon-Sat): £29.33 per hour
- Overtime 2.0 Rate (Sundays): £39.10 per hour
- Days: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 | Friday, 08:00 - 12:30
- Back Shift: Monday to Thursday, 16:00 - 00:00 | Friday, 12:30 - 17:00
- Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00 | Friday, 17:00 - 21:30

- Execute high-precision MIG welding on specialized fixtures and heavy-duty components.
- Work strictly to tight tolerances where quality and safety are the top priorities.
- Safely operate overhead cranes and utilize jigs for assembling heavy parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to strict safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with a team that takes immense pride in their craft.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Welding (or an equivalent relevant qualification).
- Experience: Proven background in MIG welding with the ability to pass a trade test.
- Equipment: Comfort using overhead cranes and jigs in a heavy industrial setting.
- Mindset: A strong safety-first attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Readiness to work rotating shift patterns (Days, Backs, and Nights).
