• Overtime 2.0 Rate (Sundays): £40.66 per hour

• Days:
  Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 | Friday, 08:00 - 12:30
• Back Shift: Monday to Thursday, 16:00 - 00:00 | Friday, 12:30 - 17:00
• Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00 | Friday, 17:00 - 21:30

• Execute high-precision MIG welding on specialized fixtures and heavy-duty components.
• Work strictly to tight tolerances where quality and safety are the top priorities.
• Safely operate overhead cranes and utilize jigs for assembling heavy parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to strict safety regulations.

• Qualifications:
  
  NVQ Level 3 in Welding (or an equivalent relevant qualification).
• Experience:
  
  Proven background in MIG welding with the ability to pass a trade test.
• Equipment:
  Comfort using overhead cranes and jigs in a heavy industrial setting.
• Mindset: A strong safety-first attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexibility:
  Readiness to work rotating shift patterns (Days, Backs, and Nights).
