Prospect Blue is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, payment processing, and AR reconciliation from its office in Petersburg, VA. You will monitor aging, follow up on past-due balances, and coordinate with Sales and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of AR or related accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.
