We are representing a reputable general contractor seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale multifamily new construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for leading field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel
• Coordinate with trade partners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to maintain schedule and quality
• Lead daily and weekly site meetings, ensuring all project goals are met
• Enforce safety standards and maintain readiness for OSHA inspections
• Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
• Review and interpret plans, submittals, and project documentation
• Track progress, prepare look-ahead schedules, and manage closeout activities
• Promote company values of integrity, teamwork, and accountability on every project

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction
• Proven success leading ground-up projects from start to completion
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site safety, and building systems
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractor crews effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• Familiarity with interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
