About
Now hiring experienced Construction Apprentices with piping experience for a commercial construction project near Petersburg, VA. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates who are comfortable working on an active jobsite and have experience supporting layout, measurement, and general labor tasks.
Responsibilities- Assist with field measurements, layout work, and marking locations for piping and equipment racks
- Provide general labor support related to piping sleeve work
- Use a tape measure accurately and follow jobsite instructions
- Work safely and efficiently on an active industrial/commercial construction site
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM - Hours:
Approximately 40–48 hours per week as the project ramps up - Start Date:
07/06/26 - Pay: 30 per hour
- Per Diem: 120 for days worked
- Previous construction experience required
- Piping experience preferred
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience in manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, or large commercial projects is a plus
