We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the General Manager of our custom homebuilding division in Petersburg, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and proven leadership skills.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of custom homebuilding projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. In addition, they will be responsible for managing a team of construction professionals and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the custom homebuilding industry. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, as well as the ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly.
