Compensation: $100K+ per year (Salary DOE; Bonus per Home; Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits)
A regional single-family home builder with a small-company feel but strong corporate support, operating across many offices and states to build affordable to semi-custom homes for local clients, is seeking a Project Manager / Site Superintendent to oversee new custom-home construction from design hand-off through final walk-through and certificate of occupancy.
What you'll do- Maintain frequent, proactive communication with customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
- Manage construction sites from the design hand-off process through sub-selection, scope contracts, safety, and final walk/C.O.
- Regulate budgets and manage job costs across projects
- Experience in new/ground-up residential construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects (typically 8-10) at one time
- 4-5+ year track record of successful site operations and project leadership within new home construction
- Strong team-building skills and excellent communication abilities with customers and owners
- $100K+ per year, including salary DOE
