Chief Engineer
Proven experience in industrial engineering, plant maintenance, or equipment installation, preferably in a multi-site operation. Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and preventative maintenance practices. Experience supervising equipment installations and working with contractors or vendors. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel to plant locations up to four times per year. Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct reports.
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
The Chief Engineer will serve as the company's technical expert, responsible for overseeing the installation of new equipment and conducting quarterly preventative maintenance inspections at all plant locations. This role is highly autonomous and does not include direct reports, but requires strong leadership in project supervision and technical execution.
