The Senior Executive Host is responsible for generating new business, expanding the market geographically and across diverse customer segments, increasing rated play, and driving incremental trips and revenue from VIP players. This role grows annual revenue in alignment with the property plan and cross-property goals. The Senior Executive Host is an integral part of Live! Casino & Hotel’s efforts to build and improve market share and serves as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, encouraging repeat visits.

This position requires effective time management, a high level of visibility on the gaming floor to build and maintain relationships with coded players, and outbound sales efforts to drive incremental revenue and trips, generate new business, and tap into new market opportunities. The Senior Executive Host responds to players’ needs and requests and resolves player issues in accordance with established guidelines.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Grows actual revenues annually, consistent with property plan, and cross property goals.
• Generate new business and expand the marketing reach.
• Actively develops and maintains guest loyalty and incremental visitation through personal contact such as telephone contact, on-property hosting, off-property entertaining, telemarketing, direct mail, and email using available services and promotional opportunities.
• Manages constant contact and communications with VIP players through telemarketing and email and SMS about services available, promotional opportunities, special events, and resolve customer complaints, etc. to assure customer retention and repeat business.
• Work special events servicing VIP players. Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.
• Ensures a quality gaming experience through personal services and meeting the needs of the VIP Player.
• Review VIP activities and promotional status with Director/Vice President of Relationship Marketing.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have strong time management skills
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Applicants must have proven success in a venue environment.
• Knowledge of Player Tracking Systems a plus
• Knowledge of all gaming regulations. Ability to recognize problem gaming signs and deal with them appropriately.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays and must be able to participate in the on-call rotation program

Must-Haves:

• Five (5) to ten (10) years’ experience in player development, marketing, sales, and/or gaming.
• Four-year degree in a related field of equivalent work experience preferred
• You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Physical Requirements:

• 24/7 environment requiring extended hours including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to lift and/or push up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work standing for up to 4 hours at a time
• Must be able to work in small, confined area
• Must be able to bend at the waist
• Must be able to reach above the head
• Must be able to climb ladders and use Genie Lifts
