BLEACHTECH LLC is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, inventory and fixed asset accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing financial insight that supports strategic business decisions while ensuring compliance with ANSA McAL Group standards and applicable accounting regulations.

As our Management Accountant, you will:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends, variances, cost drivers, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting in partnership with department leaders.
• Manage inventory accounting, including costing, provisions, reconciliations, and reporting in accordance with IAS2 and ANSA McAL Group policies.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including capital work-in-progress (CAPWIP), asset additions, disposals, depreciation, and useful life reviews.
• Prepare and coordinate tax, statutory, and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
• Support internal and external audits through accurate reconciliations, documentation, and compliance with Group accounting policies.
• Lead month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial information for executive leadership.
• Develop financial dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen internal controls, increase efficiency, and reduce financial risk.
